The Outstanding Manager Training Program
8-Week Live Training and Coaching for New Managers
Unlike any management training program out there! The Outstanding Manager Training is a hybrid of I-O psychology-based curriculum, peer mastermind, and coaching through current challenges. Each cohort is made up of 8 diverse managers with less than 1 year of experience managing people. Every week will focus on a new topic beginning with what it means to be a manager, how becoming a manager changes dynamics, and developing self-awareness. We will navigate the behavioral profiles of each manager's team members and the strategy the team is pursuing, using the Predictive Index tools at no extra cost and without a subscription (thousands of dollars in value!). Other topics include hiring, conflict management, employee engagement, career pathing, team building, getting and giving feedback, and knowing when and how to let people go.
Remember, the #1 predictor of success as a leader is self-awareness. 95% of people believe they are self-aware but only 10-15% actually are. Give your new managers the greatest gift that will pay dividends to them, their employees, and your organization for years to come.
